UPDATE: With Dutch Comic Con just around the corner (June 20 and 21) and Tomofair 2 weeks later, it may take a bit longer for your order to be processed and shipped.
Orders received from Monday, June 14th onwards will not be shipped until the weekend after Dutch Comic Con (June 27-28).
For Tomofair: orders received from Wednesday, July 1st onwards will not be shipped until around the 11th or 12th.
Also, no orders will be processed during the weekend of July 25 and 26 due to an FFXIV fan festival in Berlin that we are attending as visitors. I will, of course, try to ship most orders before that time.
UPDATE: Due to varying health complaints, including epilepsy, which causes seizures to occur more often than usual, it is a bit more difficult for us to process orders (mental and physical condition varies greatly). You are welcome to place an order, but keep in mind that it can take at least 1 week before your order is shipped. Generally, all orders placed from Sunday to Friday are posted on Saturday (except for conventions). (We try to post orders arriving on a Saturday on Sunday, but it may happen that you have to wait a full week.)
Don't let all this stop you from ordering. With your order we can continue to exist and keep our heads above water!
at the start of January 1st 2024 our country is adding volume/dimensional weight for shipments outside of the EU and big shipments above an certain amount of dimensional weight within the EU. This means the shipping costs will dramatically increase due to the fact plushies are calculated with volume/dimensional weight.
Important update regarding shipping.
We cannot ship to counties without a postal/zipcode. we are required to fill it in otherwise it cannot be shipped. adding only 000's doesn't work.
we cannot ship to Military “States” in the usa.
The insurance on packages doesn't cover the entire amount, only the price we paid for when we bought the items. this is out of our control unfortunately.
New shipping update: we can't ship to the usa anymore due tariffs system, we cannot afford to pay the tax upfront, not do we have a system that can make you pay upfront.
you may want to use a forwarder instead.
