We have two variants of the Shiny Umbreon plush. A sitting Shiny Umbreon plush  and the standing Shiny Umbreon plush.

So far only Olyfactory made Shiny Umbreon plushes. Other brands such as Pokemon Center, Banpresto and Takara Tomy rarely have Shiny editions of Pokemon plush dolls, with these brands it only occurs with legendary Pokémon.

Game info about Umbreon

Umbreon is an evolution of Eevee from the second generation of Pokémon. Eevee evolves to Umbreon when his friendship level reaches the maximum, and goes up a level when it is evening (or in Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness when using a Moon Shard). When Eevee evolves during the day, it becomes an Espeon. Umbreon is a Dark type and is one of the two starter Pokémon in Pokémon Colosseum, together with Espeon.

Biology

Shiny Umbreon has a sleek black body with four slender legs and lemon yellow eyes. There are two pairs of pointed teeth visible when its mouth is open, one in the upper jaw and one in the lower. It has long pointed ears and a bushy tail, each with a blue band around them. Its forehead and legs have blue rings on them. Its blue markings glow at night and strike fear into anyone nearby. It hides in the darkness while waiting for its opponents, and its blue rings glow when it leaps to attack. It is also capable of spraying a poisonous sweat whenever it gets agitated. This Pokémon is rare in the wild, and is more often found in urban areas under the care of people.
